Search and filtering interface confusing or difficult

“Confusing — One of the most difficult Customer apps to use. Most apps have location time number of people search. It does not have that it starts with search for the restaurant name. That doesn’t work too many restaurants same name, different cities.” — ★★☆☆☆“. — Search of another location is more difficult than it has to be. “Open Table — Made a reservation at a restaurant. When we went there the dining area was closed - not sure reason but it normally would be open at this time. We then tried to make another reservation at another restaurant but the app wouldn’t let us because it said we were already dining somewhere and it wouldn’t let us cancel the original reservation despite the restaurant not being open for business. “Unable to proceed beyond the step where I enter my phone number! Can’t scroll to see next button — I just installed the app, created an account through Apple and now I am on the screen asking for my phone number and there’s a toggle for receiving marketing emails. I filled in my phone number but there’s no clear way to close the numbers keyboard.
