“The app is broken — For several months it’s been impossible to login. Whatever that last update did, it broke the app completely. I can’t even look at my profile anymore, much less make an order. “App bug — Trash, caught in a loop entering my phone number but unable to scroll down to enter the code. “Won’t take my payment — The website will not take my payment info, there’s a “error”. So I downloaded the app and it still won’t take my payment so I have to call them to place an order every time.
