“Never got tixx or refund — I bought a single ticket for Megan Moroney in Boston. I got an email a few minutes later saying the ticket was ready for transfer. “Last Minute Bait and Switch — I purchased two tickets to a show and the morning of the event StubHub cancelled my seats and encouraged me to take a pair of seats in a worse location for the same price. “Refund — Over a week ago I went to Bruno Mars. Bought a parking pass that didn’t work. The attendant told me 200-300 passes didn’t work. I alerted Stubhub. They said they would get back to me.
