“Crooks! — I simply changed my debit card and they froze my account and their email stated that I would be able to transfer my funds that are in my Venmo account to a different account which is a lie, I’ve contacted them numerous times gave them all the documentation they need to verify my identity, but yeah here we are on the third day and nobody’s contacted me and nobody been able to call has helped me do anything.…” — ★☆☆☆☆ · English“Great when it works — Venmo in general is pretty easy to use, until they randomly place a limit on your account and you’re pretty quickly unable to use a debit card on it period. Customer service was unable to provide any reasoning for this notion, nor were they able to reverse it. They just recommended I begin using direct bank transfers instead.
