App is difficult to navigate, inflexible, and makes work harder instead of easier, forcing users to adapt their work to fit the app.

“Horrible app — This app is too rigid. It does not allow flexibility to adjust to what we need. We have to change our work to fit workday. Workday should make our jobs easier not harder.” — ★☆☆☆☆“Poor utility — When we switched over to this app, it made everything 10 times more complicated. “Doesn’t work — When trying to log in on my iPad it won’t let me tap on anything” — ★☆☆☆☆“Doesn’t work on smartphone since update — App is stuck on security login when trying to access. A notification is pushed to allow access, user grants access, then workday remains stuck on the security screen.” — ★☆☆☆☆“Freezes up — Every time I log in it makes me sign in and a pop up comes up, I put my login and it opens the same home screen that the website has on the pop up. The thing is it wont let me close off or press anything on the home screen. Iv’e already updated it just now and the same thing happens. Why am I using your app when it makes me use the website but freeze up in said app. Please fix this issue, thanks.” — ★☆☆☆☆

“App doesn’t work to clock in — The whole time my company has used this app I always have trouble signing in. App is stuck on the loading screen so I can’t clock into work which makes me look like I am late. This happened multiple times a week. This app doesn’t do the most basic thing: allow you to clock into work. I wouldn’t recommend this for any company to use for their employees.” — ★☆☆☆☆“App doesn’t keep time — Encountered multiple time errors after previous update. Today Workday told me I had been on break for 30 minutes, checked out, then Workday told me I have not been on break for 30 minutes. Updated again today, maybe that’s why the back to back updates.” — ★☆☆☆☆“Worstday — For doing company tasks and day to day operations it’s fine but the whole punching in and out and anything to do with attendance is a dumpster fire, so many problems it’s pathetic but they are working on it. Over a year later it still doesn’t work as intended. Bring back the on the wall time clock .” — ★☆☆☆☆
